Why this solution for HVAC & electrical environments
Able Hardware manufactures engineered frames, étagères, and brackets that support HVAC and electrical equipment in demanding, vibration-prone environments. Built in China for OEMs and project integrators, our welded steel fabrications combine automatic/robotic MIG repeatability with CNC-machined datums and controlled coatings for reliable installation and long service life. We design for grounding and bonding, airflow, cable management, and serviceability from day one—so your field crews spend less time modifying and more time commissioning. Typical applications in HVAC & Electrical (cadres, étagères, supports, enclos)
- Compressor/fan skid frames and vibration-isolated bases
- Rooftop/curb brackets and wall/soffit brackets for condensers and AHUs
- Equipment racks for inverters, VFDs, drives, and control panels
- Enclosure frames with hinge/latch interfaces, DIN-rail provisions, and cable pass-throughs
- Panel brackets with masked conductive pads for bonding/ESD and EMI screens when specified
- Service platforms, guard rails, and access frames
Typical size bands run from 500 × 400 × 200 mm up to 2200 × 1200 × 900 millimètre. Payloads for rack systems are commonly 50–800 kg, with wall/floor/roof mounting patterns developed per project. Vibration and dynamic load notes (compressors, Ventilateurs, inverters) are captured during DFM.

Finitions & protection contre la corrosion (ISO 12944 / ISO 8501) with masked grounds & galvanic control
We select finishes per environment class (ISO 12944) with surface prep to ISO 8501:
- Manteau en poudre (typ. Ral, 70–100 µm DFT), coat électronique, placage de zinc, or industrial paint systems.
- Masked conductive pads retained for bonding/ESD; grommeted pass-throughs to protect insulation.
- Galvanic protection strategies applied for mixed-metal assemblies (par exemple., stainless-to-carbon isolation).
- DFT verification to ISO 2808.
Options de fabrication
Mig automatique / robotique (et tig si spécifié), gabarits & luminaires, répétabilité
Frames and racks are welded on robotic cells for consistent bead placement and penetration. Stainless or cosmetic seams use TIG. We design custom jigs/fixtures to lock datums and hole groups, enabling repeatability from pilot to wholesale runs. Learn more: Automatic Welding.
OPS secondaires: coupure laser, pliant, usinage; PEM hardware, cable management, revêtement & emballage
Panels and brackets are laser-cut with ventilation/perforation patterns and louvers tuned to airflow requirements. Bending forms brackets with accurate flange angles; CNC machining establishes datum pads/bores and tight PCDs. We insert PEM hardware, provide DIN-rail/panel mounts, cable pass-throughs with grommets, and EMI screens on request. Coatings are applied in-house or audited partners with masked grounds. Export packaging includes pallet/crate or KD/flat-pack with protective wrap, labels, and hardware kits. Voir: Découpe au laser & Usinage CNC, et Revêtement en poudre..
Types & Géométrie
Common assemblies for HVAC & Electrical (enclosure frames, equipment racks, wall/roof brackets, inverter skid frames) & bandes de dimensionnement
- Enclosure frames: welded SHS/RHS skeletons with hinge/latch interfaces, DIN-rail backplates, gasket landings, and cable entries.
- Equipment racks: floor-standing frames with panel mounts, adjustable rails, and leveling feet; 600–1200 mm widths common.

Prix & Délai de mise en œuvre
MOQ, pilot builds, Conducteurs de coûts indicatifs (Pas de prix difficiles)
We support pilot builds (as low as 5–20 pcs for validation) and scale to wholesale batches. Cost drivers include: grade de matériel (Q355 vs S235; 304/316 inoxydable; 6061/6082), geometry complexity (machined datums, tight PCDs), classe de soudure (ISO 5817 B vs C), système de revêtement (DFT and chemistry per ISO 12944), and packaging format (KD vs fully assembled). Typical lead times: tooling/jig 7–12 days; pilots 2–4 weeks; production 4–6 weeks depending on volume and finish queue.
Normes & Conformité
Normes / certifications pertinentes & documentation fournie (AWS D1.1 reference if needed, ISO 5817, ISO 2553, ISO 13920, ISO 2768, ISO 12944, ISO 8501; UL/IEC enclosure cues if specified)
Our builds align with: ISO 2553 (weld symbols), ISO 13920 (welded construction tolerances), ISO 2768 m / f (tolérances générales), ISO 5817 (qualité de soudure), ISO 12944 (coating selection), ISO 8501 (surface prep). On request, we reference AWS D1.1 for structural criteria and observe UL/IEC enclosure design cues (par exemple., gasketing landings, grounding continuity, IP/NEMA considerations) as defined in your specification.
FAQ
What materials do you recommend—steel, inoxydable, ou aluminium?
Acier au carbone (Q235/Q355) covers most frames and racks. Choisir 304/316 for corrosive/hygienic settings. Use 6061/6082 aluminum where weight or thermal considerations dominate.
Can you add ventilation cut-outs, louvers, and DIN-rail features?
Oui. We laser-cut perforation/vent patterns, form louvers, and integrate DIN-rail/panel mounts, cable pass-throughs with grommets, and EMI screens if specified.
What tolerances and weld class can you hold?
We build to ISO 13920 B/C and ISO 2768 m / f, with ISO 5817 class C standard and class B on visible/critical joints. Hole PCDs are typically held to ±0.2–0.5 mm where functional.
How do you handle grounding and masked conductive areas?
We add grounding studs/bonding jumpers and mask coating on designated pads to preserve conductivity for bonding/ESD continuity tests.
Which coating system should I choose for my environment?
We select powder coat, coat électronique, placage de zinc, or paint to meet ISO 12944 environment classes. DFT is verified per ISO 2808 and galvanic control is applied for mixed metals.
What are your MOQs and typical lead times?
Pilots from 5–20 pcs are common; production scales to wholesale. Lead times run ~2–4 weeks for pilots and 4–6 weeks for production depending on finish and volume.
What do you need to quote?
Send 2D/3D drawings (STEP/DWG), Matériel, finition, mounting scheme, target loads, and any standards (par exemple., ISO 5817 classer, AWS D1.1 reference, IP/NEMA cues).
